Using a PMU to complete the traditional super capacitor power down holding circuit
Publisher: Administrator Date:2020-12-03
This is a high-efficiency three-channel power management chip. It integrates a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter, an asynchronous step-up DC/DC converter and an LDO regulator. The synchronous step-down DC/DC converter supports a continuous load capacity of 600 mA. Under light load conditions, the power saving mode is adopted to support high efficiency and reduce power loss. The boost DC/DC converter has a built-in 2A N-channel MOSFET and an operating frequency of 700kHz. When the input is disconnected, boost will automatically switch the fixed 12V output of the super capacitor. The LDO provides a continuous load current capability of up to 300 mA for supercapacitor charging.
